All Nakaki rice and noodles are ready-to-eat, sterilized with commercial high heat and vacuum packed with no water and no preservatives.
Preparation: For stir-fry, cut open a corner of the packet and warm it in the microwave for 1 min. Massage the packet to loosen the content. Add the content into your cooked ingredients and spices. For making soup, just add the content directly in to the soup and boil for 1-2 minutes.
Storage: No refrigeration needed. Store at regular room temperature. Avoid direct sun.
Once opened, keep the unused portion in an air tight container and store in the refrigerator at about 4°C. Use it within 7 days. Do not freeze the product.

This Ramen has a good form and texture, shelf stable and convenient to use. I use it straight out from the package without rinsing with water and it’s near odourless. Heat 1-2 min in simmering broth (for dry toss noodles) if microwave is not available, or simmer with broth/sauce for 1-2 min.
