Nakaki rice and noodles are cooked, sterilized with commercial high heat and vacuum packed with no water and no preservatives.
Preparation: Open the packet and use a knife to cut the content into number of servings. For stir fry, steam or warm the portions with the microwave, loosen with chopsticks or a fork. Mix loosen content into cooked ingredients or sauces for a couple minutes to absorb the flavor. For soup; just add the cut content into hot soup, simmer and stir to loosen the content for one minute. Once open, keep the unused content in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Consume within one week. Do not freeze the product.
Storage: No refrigeration needed. Store at regular room temperature. Avoid direct sun.
